My Life in Africa- Roland Rau
I am both an overland safari and local tour guide, taking people from all over the world on epic experiences. We travel to Zimbabwe, Botswana, Zambia, Namibia and of course South Africa. The best part of my job is meeting a bunch of new people, and the office experience is amazing – I spend most of my time behind the wheel of my trusty “Donkey” and under the big sky. They say that if you’re happy in what you do, you never work a day in your life – that’s pretty much where I sit, I don’t work!
My relationship with General goes back quite a long way, and I now run on the Grabber X3 mud-terrain tyre. For me. it’s about actually liking the tyre and having used them for what they’re purpose driven to do. Regardless of the terrain, the grip is phenomenal, and they just work!
